Adapttech at AOPA 2021

The 2021 National Assembly by American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (#AOPA2021) was held in Boston, September 9-11th. In addition to the in-person assembly, virtual education was available. Adapttech team was present with activities, workshops, and one-on-one meetings, and sparked quite an interest from attendees as traffic to exhibit booths stayed consistent.

Adapttech led a collaborative program of events with Cascade Orthopedic Supply, LP, to meet with clinicians from all over the country as they work hard to resume a more predictable patient care routine, and was represented at the event by Cassandra Delgado (CPO, MSPO) and Mark Ford, our Business Development Consultant for the US Market.

Cassandra Delgado, from Prosthetics & Orthotic Associates (POA), had the opportunity to lead a workshop on Utilizing Socket Pressure Technologies to Optimize the Benefits of Adjustable Sockets to address using the INSIGHT System in combination with adjustable sockets, such as RevoFit socket designs, receiving amazingly positive feedback from attendees.

Mark Ford hosted one-on-one meetings, demonstrating our socket pressure technology, and presenting the latest clinical outcomes from the ongoing dual-practice review of the INSIGHT System. This sparked big curiosity and interest from O&P professionals, as it shows first-hand how the latest innovations from Adapttech offer a never-before-seen window into what is happening in real-time within a prosthetic socket as the patient ambulates.

If you want to know more about INSIGHT System, please contact our team. See you next year (or sooner)!
