ISPO France 2022

ISPO-France's scientific congress took place on the 17-18th November and Adapttech had the opportunity to present there for the first time! The International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics, also known as ISPO, organizes an annual scientific congress bringing environmental professionals of external orthopaedics and rehabilitation. This conference welcomes around 1,000 participants, 60 to 80 speakers, and more than 40 exhibitors. With representation in more than 90 countries worldwide, ISPO aims to build a quality program whilst creating a platform for speakers from all countries. 

Adapttech’s non-US Sales Director Frédéric Desprez was there at the scientific conference presenting our INSIGHT Sense technology in booth V14, shared with our partner Roboticom. Those who visited the booth were able to learn more about INSIGHT Sense in-depth. The innovative INSIGHT Sense is an affordable, portable, and standalone real-time socket pressure measurement system that tracks average pressure data in the various gait phases. The socket pressure data is displayed on a generic, 3D digital model created through By-Measurement technology and predetermined pressure sensor locations. 

ISPO organizes congresses, funding conferences, seminars, and internships, develops and monitors educational programs, and distributes publications in the field of prosthetics and orthotics. This is a great way to understand and appreciate others who contributes to the world of prosthetics and orthotics. ISPO-France was a great way to teach others about what we do here at Adapttech and the lives we will change using our state-of-the-art INSIGHT technology.
