Adapttech announces new director of sales

We’re very pleased to announce that Frédéric Desprez has joined Adapttech team as Director of Sales and is responsible for all Non-US sales.

Our new Sales Director lives in the east part of France, in Dijon, he is passionate about sports, and he has a marketing and sales background. Frédéric joins Adapttech following an impressive career in B2B sales, particularly within the O&P market.

Frédéric graduated from one of the leading French business schools, Grenoble Graduate School of Business, and he started his career in Germany in 1991 with a large French conglomerate involved in the Steel tube industry. He moved back to Paris and worked as Export Sales Manager. He was appointed South East Asian Regional Sales Director of that company in 1996 and went on to open and manage their office in Singapore for a few years.

He joined the O&P industry in 2003 to develop their presence in international markets. Just before joining Adapttech, Frédéric worked as Director of Sales for 17 years for the French leader in O&P, selling their Prosthetics and Orthotics components worldwide.

Frédéric’s Statement:

I am very enthusiastic to join a young brilliant medtech such as Adapttech, and I’m ready to help to sell Adapttech’s products all over the world.

My main responsibilities will be to identify distributors, to support our developments in key markets, to develop our brand awareness, to sell the INSIGHT System to identified markets with great potential, to turn the great ideas and products of Adapttech into orders for the company.

I am looking forward bringing my sales experiences and learning from the development and marketing team.

I am looking forward to working with the whole team. I like the spirit which has been implemented within Adapttech with people supporting each other while maintaining a constant focus on finding solutions. I particularly like the European style of Adapttech with employees and talents in several countries.
