Every April, we celebrate Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness Month (LLLDAM), a time dedicated to raising awareness about the challenges faced by amputees and individuals with limb differences. At Adapttech, we are committed to supporting this cause and providing innovative solutions to enhance the lives of those affected.

2023 has been an exciting journey for Adapttech, filled with notable milestones and achievements that we are more than happy to celebrate! From a company rebranding to a new product launch, this year has been proof of the hard work and commitment of the entire Adapttech team. It’s worth noting that 2023 marked the 8th anniversary of Adapttech, a milestone that fills us with pride as we look back on the remarkable growth and accomplishments since our beginning.

At Adapttech, we believe in fostering an environment where every individual is treated with respect, dignity, and equality. We are thrilled to announce the implementation of our new comprehensive Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy. This policy marks a significant milestone in our commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees, clients, and partners.

Adapttech takes a multidisciplinary approach to product development, involving a diverse group of skilled professionals committed to transparency in their design process. In a previous post titled "Design Control Process," we outlined our approach to creating user-friendly products.  

Today marks the 8th anniversary of Adapttech, and what an incredible journey it has been. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who is and has been part of our history and growth.

It has been an eventful year for Adapttech, and there are many accomplishments to celebrate! From receiving awards to expanding our reach to even more countries, it’s been a successful year thanks to the Adapttech team. 2022 also marked the 7th anniversary of Adapttech! Adapttech celebrated its 7th birthday on the 22nd of February and, after two years apart due to COVID-19, we finally got the team together! Our colleagues were finally able to safely fly from France and the UK to join us in Portugal - all at the same time!

The year 2021 will be marked for Adapttech as a year of many challenges, many projects, and, above all, a lot of success. At Adapttech we care about the well-being of people. The values we associate with the development of our products are also reflected in our day-to-day actions as a team, and that’s why we created the project Adapttech Beyond.

2020 was a year full of challenges for people on a personal and professional level. Most companies were forced to reinvent their way of working, adapting themselves in order to continue functioning.

Adapttech was no exception! Around this time last year employees began working remotely, all business trips came to a halt and we were forced to conform the “new-norm”.

Today we recognise International Women’s Day and in particular celebrate women in STEM as our team here at Adapttech grows by four impressive women

As we all know, the world is currently going through tough times, which can be a problem when introducing new members into the company. As our team is always growing, we have had to adapt to this new reality in order to give new employees a smooth transition into their team, even working remotely.
